quayside

The Quayside Project endeavours to find new ways of creating affordable and inclusive communities that demonstrate climate leadership and provide economic opportunity.
Quayside is a 12-acre site nestled in our East Bayfront neighbourhood at the foot of Parliament Street, near the West Don Lands and emerging Port Lands neighbourhoods.
We are committed to the careful and collaborative development of an forward-looking community here — one that finds new ways to address urban issues like housing affordability, active mobility and climate change.
All that we have heard from the public, subject matter experts, and stakeholders on this and other projects to date continues to inform our approach to creating a next-generation sustainable community at Quayside. An archive of work on the project to date, including a history of public engagement and feedback, is archived for review on QuaysideTO.ca.
