A Sneak Peek at the Future Eastern Waterfront: Staffed Drop-in Session (May 13)
Join us for a sneak peek into the future of the eastern waterfront.
What will the eastern waterfront look like over the next several years? What residential development is proposed? Where are the parks and public spaces? What kind of amenities will support the community?
Find out more at Waterfront Toronto’s drop-in open house.
At this open house we'll share updates and information about Quayside, Waterfront East LRT, community amenities in East Bayfront, future plans for the Port Lands, and information from the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
- Join us at the opening event on Thursday, May 11, 6pm-8pm, where project teams will be challenged to present their updates in 7 minutes or less! Explore the displays and talk with Waterfront Toronto staff and our project partners.
- On Friday, May 12, 6pm-8pm, register for a panel discussion and public forum on the value of play. Explore the design team’s working model and provide feedback as we prepare to start detailed design for an aspirational play area like no other in Canada.
- Come during staffed hours, Saturday, May 13, 11am-3pm & Thursday, May 18, 4pm-6pm.
- Or drop-in from May 12-18, (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm; Saturday-Sunday, 11am-3pm)
Where: It all happens at the Waterfront Innovation Centre (155 Queens Quay East at Queens Quay and Lower Jarvis) on the second-floor community space called The Nexus, run by MaRS.
