The Human Resources, Governance and Stakeholder Relations Committee (also known as HRGSR) is a committee of Waterfront Toronto's Board of Directors. The primary function of the Committee is to assist the Corporation in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities by evaluating and making recommendations to the Board of Directors as appropriate with respect to Human resources management; Diversity and inclusion initiatives; Corporate governance; Stakeholder Relations; any specific project that the Committee, in its discretion designates; and any other matters that the Board of Directors may delegate to the Committee for oversight.
