Kevin is responsible for the development and execution of the Corporation’s operational plans, oversees the Program Management Office, and works closely with an integrated team leading project management for Quayside and Villiers Island.  

Kevin has an extensive career in real estate development, bringing nearly 30 years of experience management and oversight heading up international portfolios for TD Bank, RBC, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and HOK Canada.  

Prior to joining Waterfront Toronto, Kevin was President of Viridis Development Group Inc. where he managed corporate operations and lead design and land use approvals of a 2 million square foot mixed-use, transit-based development in Kitchener – Waterloo. 

Kevin has a Bachelor of Technology, Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University.
