Animating Our Waterfront grant program returns for 2017

Waterfront Toronto’s Animating Our Waterfront program returns for its second year. The program provides funding to individuals, organizations, collectives and groups that want to create free arts and cultural programming in waterfront parks and public spaces during the summer months. The objective of this program is to facilitate arts and cultural programming that celebrate public spaces and invite Torontonians and visitors to enjoy our waterfront.

We’re helping to reconnect Torontonians with Lake Ontario by building new communities, parks and civic spaces at the water’s edge.

Toronto, July 13 - Waterfront Toronto is proud to announce a new program of free arts and cultural events in Toronto’s waterfront neighbourhoods. These events celebrate new public spaces in the West Don Lands and East Bayfront, inviting Torontonians and visitors alike to discover and enjoy our reimagined and revitalized waterfront.
