Built in the 1920s, Fire Hall 30 was a working fire station until 1980. Many buildings along Commissioners have been demolished, but the Fire Hall is being preserved and we have to move it.

Waterfront Toronto’s Resilience and Innovation Framework and Sustainability will come to life with the development of future waterfront communities like Villiers Island.

By 2024, we will have transformed major sections of Cherry, Commissioners Street and the Don Roadway. These streets will be some of the most unique landscapes in the city.
